To our friends in Washington, California and Oregon; Please plan early by booking hotel reservations now. Every year Newberg hotel space is at maximum capacity due to graduation at George Fox University the same weekend; space is even more at a premium given the popularity of the many local wineries on a holiday weekend. There is often a softball tournament in town to boot.

As always, camping in the pits is an option for racers only. Dry enclosed camper or RV camping is allowed in the parking area for the weekend, and tent camping is permitted in the grassy areas behind the parking area. There is no camping along the river bank.
